Ben Daniels was an excellent service representative and had excellent customer service skills but after getting my car back (B service and front end alignment) I noticed that my steering wheel was at the 12 o'clock after the alignment. I reached out after service and did not get a response from the service department and I will have to spend 4 hours of my day to return to Augusta for them to correct the error. Hopefully they will compensate me for my trouble to return. If not I will no longer utilize their service.

Had annual maintenance done on my car today. Very easy to make me appointment. Dropped my car off and it was finished within a few hours. My car was washed and ready for me when I got there. Very happy with the level of service I have been receiving from my service rep Austin and Mercedes Benz Of Augusta since purchasing my car two years ago.
