Called weeks ago to make an appointment to have the seal replaced in my top which was leaking. Got a price told them yes I wanted to have that done and made the appointment. Drove 7 hours for this appointment only to be told that they didn’t have the seal and it would have to be ordered which could take 4 months. Wouldn’t you think that should have been ordered when I made my appt or was this a ploy to get you in and make other suggestions and more money.
