Called weeks ago to make an appointment to have the seal replaced in my top which was leaking. Got a price told them yes I wanted to have that done and made the appointment. Drove 7 hours for this appointment only to be told that they didn’t have the seal and it would have to be ordered which could take 4 months. Wouldn’t you think that should have been ordered when I made my appt or was this a ploy to get you in and make other suggestions and more money. I experienced great service from Mr. Tyrone Price and the Mercedes Benz service department. In and out in a timely manner.
I have always had top notch service, my service guy is Ben Daniel . He has always been very Accommodating and very Caring. , I really appreciate his kindness as well as the rest of the staff.
Austin in the Service Department was awesome! He kept me informed during the entire time my vehicle was at the dealership.

Mercedes Benz of Augusta is an excellent dealership. The sales department, Mr. Cameron Cummings for example, gives top quality assistance with purchasing a vehicle. The service department also receives high marks for their customer treatment. Living where I do (an hour from Greenville, Columbia, and Augusta), Mercedes of Augusta is the best!
