The sales was great but they did not honor my maintenance contract because I was not aware that it had a time limit on it. Very disappointing that they took my money for over two years and would not honor it. I will never do business with them again. I have already purchased a new Lincoln and will ever buy another Mercedes.
I stopped dealing with CB, back in 2023, because they are not honest. They will take your money and will perform service work that is not required or over charge you. I felt so sad and very foolish because I trusted 3 different service advisors, but they failed me. Sadly, many people are being fooled by greedy graspers and scammers. No one can fool The Almighty God! He will repay, in due season and @ His appointed time.
I want to thank Diana Sampson for her excellent service etiquette and professionalism. Diana and those outstanding mechanics take care of my vehicle each and every time I bring it in for service.
