Great dealership. Our salesman, Sean Arnett, was easy to work with, didn't pressure us, and responded promptly to questions. He made sure our pre-owned truck was completely detailed and gassed up for us when we were ready to drive it home. I'm not a fan of car dealerships generally, but this experience was painless (other than the hit to my wallet of course). I highly recommend asking for Sean when you visit Mercedes of Raleigh!
Lost my trust. Took in my 2014 C63 for the 30k mile A service. After picking my car up from the A service, on the way home the low washer fluid message comes up... ok whatever, thats in the A service checklist but no big deal. Then the next morning the replace key fob battery message comes up.... wait a minute, I remember seeing be charged for a keyfob battery replacement. So now I sit here wondering what else was not done on this service? Was the oil even changed? I dont know, not really a way to check. The only thing I kno... read more
