I went in for consultation today just to see how MB service dept work, as I just purchased a E 350 and didn't really need service.. They entered my information into the computer system and cleaned my baby up!!She was shining like new money. The service was top notch and I will be going there for my required service.
Very rude sales guy, didn't care anything about what I was looking for, only cared about making a sale. Worst experience in Raleigh that I have ever had.
