I have purchased 4 cars at Leith Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh, all from "C" Morton. He is responsive, thorough, and very professional. Great experiences, would not consider buying a Mercedes anywhere else or from anyone else! Plus, the service department is incredible, always courteous and on-point!

Went to carmax to look at Mercedes. They were selling 2 Mercedes vehicles we looked at. 1 that had been in accidents and sold in auction, and another that was under a pretty serious airbag recall 😲😑 Went to visit this team. Discussed with them. Showed us records and explained they are not allowed to sell those type of cars. Priced 2 cars comparable to carmax price but much higher quality and confidence. They are very friendly very knowledgeable and very helpful they made my situation better than it was spent the night in the parking lot in my motorhome and they were there first thing in the morning to take care of it and it was all under warranty nice friendly place I deafly go back again
I went in not really knowing what I wanted. If I wanted to stay with an SUV or back to a car. I have had bad experiences with other dealerships and the customer service but this dealership was great. Silvio stuck by my side and was very patient with me. He has a great sense of humor and makes the buying process easy. Bonnie was also great. She really worked with us on the financial side of it. I will definitely be shopping with them in the future as well.
