Jeff Mitchell was extremely professional and available throughout the process. He (or anyone else) never pressured us and made the whole experience actually enjoyable. At the end, when we were driving out, he even offered to come over and help us program our garage door opener or for anything else. When I expressed surprise, he said, “Yes, seriously, anything.”
