I was at the dealer today at 2pm and no one bother to help me that's why I give it a one star.

Worse place ever! They sold my husband and I a truck with a lift kit already put in with the warranty that is suppose to cover bumper to bumper. 2 months after we bought the truck it broke down in the middle of the street. Called Merced and they just told us that our warranty didn't cover because of the lift kit. WE BOUGHT THE TRUCK WITH THE LIFT KIT ALREADY IN IT. We even contact the warranty place itself and they said that they don't know why the dealership would sell us a warranty when they SHOULD'VE KNOWN that it is void... read more

Thanks to JOSE for helping us out today,its about 105 degrees hot outside,but he never looses the best customer service for us...Good deal,give discounts,very friendly and did everything he can to help us out get a car my husband wanted..low miles,zero down,no payment for 3mons?what elses can we ask for,....even very nice to my kids who is so hyper the whole time.thanku jose,will definitely recommend you to all my family and friends.

Horrible that communication and common courtesy mean nothing to the Internet Sales department. I mean, I would think that you would have more experience dealing with out of town costumers. We would have been happy to come to the dealership which is roughly 75 miles from our home but you ensured us we could deal with formalities over the phone. I knew BETTER and still we agreed to have the car we wanted sold out from under us. And then to have our intelligence insulted by spouting fake laws. We could have been understanding o... read more

I already left a comment on the Facebook page, but the short of it is: Had a horrible experience at the body shop. The staff was not helpful at all, never once did I ever get a update call (I had to initiate ever call), the workers were never helpful, the manager actively avoided me when I had a issue, the cut a car hood up that I requested that they save for later use, they lied about the insurance not covering the plastic hooks for the hood, and every response from the Facebook page right up to customer service is the same... read more
