Outstanding job by Christian and Mayra!! We bought a new-2-us 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe yesterday. I located the car via the internet as being the BEST deal with-in a 100 mile radius from our home in So. Sacramento! It was a no-pressure, friendly & professional experience from START to FINISH. Got a great vehicle @ a GREAT price and am getting all season floor mats thrown in the deal��! Literally the rudest people I've ever spoken with. Wanting to purchase from out of state. Offered to wire them the FULL AMOUNT of the vehicle, or send in a friend who lives in the area with THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE VEHICLE, to secure the car until I could fly down (in the next few days). Wouldn't accept it. Filled out a credit app so they could maybe take a loan instead... wouldn't do it. Basically I'd have to book a ticket and HOPE it would still be there when I arrived. Just wanted to say thank you to both Lee and Mayra for making my experience at Merced Chevrolet amazing. Went in on Thursday to just check out cars and possibly trade in old Sonic for a new 2017 Sonic and Lee was able to find the perfect one for me. Lee even took time off of his day off to help me finish up with everything else with the help of Mayra. They took my wife's comment off, I know because I watched her type it. I am hard copying this one so they can't remove it. They promised a second key on the day we purchased it which was on 4/27/17. We have tried several time to get in touch with Steve Sutherland I believe his name is ( he never gave us a a card). We still have not received it.
