My husband and I purchased a shed last night. I asked for the military discount and they said they do not honor the military discount. I was very disappointed. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran and I could not believe they did not have a military discount. Lowes and Home Depot do have the discount. So if Menards accepts Lowes and Home Depots coupons, shouldn't Menards also have a military discount?
Paint department employee was rude and took 50 minutes to mix 3 gallons of interior paint
Went to Menards today and they was so helpful to us. my boyfriend lost his eye sight a year ago and is trying to make his home maintenance free as he can. when going to Lowes they were no help just gave my bf a business card and told him to call these people. When going to menard's they took the time to show and to explain to him what they had to offer. We decided from now on we are shopping at menards for our home improvements. Have always been happy. Customer service has been amazing. Love the rebate program. 5 stars Clio Menards!
They have the worst customer service. You would think after getting the run around from the staff the General Managers would be able to help you out and they are the absolute worst. They all need to have an in-service on customer service. They do not want you as a customer and if you think they are the cheapest around you get what you pay for. Your better off going to Home Depot!
