Worst install ever. Left with my new dryer not working. Thanks to my grandson for fixing!
I agree with others commenting here. Worst customer service. Ordered an item online. Did not come as depicted in picture. Tried to return and they want 25% restocking fee. Don't shop menards!
Always had great service. But I do have to say the only time I asked a question at the service area by the check out the people there wasn't the best. Snotty somewhat. Maybe need to retrain those ladies
Worst customer service ever! No one knows what they are doing, associates are rude, customer service is a joke and management don't care about customers or how they are treated! Today i went to the menards in clio, mi and encountered rude customer service and managers who don't do anything to resolve a situation.
