Very unsatisfied. Purchased two 9 cube shelfs on sale and ended up getting the wrong color. So I attempted to exchange them for the correct color. Well these shelves are no longer on sale yet they won't let me exchange the same dam shelf... lol wanted me to pay extra to buy the same shelf in a different color. I can't ever recall how much money I've spent in this store.
My favorite place for all things Home! Nice prices and friendly staff!
Menards in clio mi do not stand behind their warranties i bought a deep cycle rv battery 8 months ago it has the date rite on the battery April 2015 this is January 2016 the battery clearly says 12 month free replacement .the girl at the return counter was rude and no help at all. Dont think ill be doing business there anymore if they cant stand behind a battery that is clearly under warranty they probably dont stand behind any of there warranties. ... very very unsatisfied with the clio mi store
I have never had bad service at Menards. Always been pleased.
