Recommendedjust familiar with the store set up, most employes are willing to help, i dont like the set up to purchase lumber, to many hoops to get through to get some of the basic lumber, and they need to change vendor on fireplace grates, theres no reason i should have to purchase 2 grates a winter
These scumbags refused service to a man without a mask who has legitimate health issues preventing him from doing so.
I was in the Clio Michigan Menards today with my five-year-old son and was refused service and entry. we both had masks on and the people in the garden center were very very rude about it. I am a single parent and I have nowhere to leave my son. you lost a very big sale today and I will continue to spread the word about what an awful store you are. your people are rude and I will never shop there again and I will make sure none of my family or friends ever give their business to you again. wearing a mask is not the law!! if you want people to wear a mask, then supply them, don't charge your customers for them!! the other problem my 14 year old daughter was with me and your guy at the door approached her not me reached out what appeared to be grabbing her, let him know it's a good thing he didn't, but with that policy that no one under 16 may enter the store, that's the last straw!!!
I am so Thankful to Menards for their Mask Policy! not very many places people can go and feel safe and I cannot Thank you enough for being strict with this and protecting your employees as well as your customers
Do not deny people due to them not wearing a mask. If it scares you that bad, then close the doors until the media/democrat circus is over. You lost a customer here.
stop grabbing people for not having a mask on, it is not a law. I use to love menards, but will never shop there again after they grabbed my son because he wouldn't buy on of their masks when he entered. If you want people to wear a mask, YOU supply them.
Discontinue selling your '11% off everything' in the store sales tactic --- this is blatantly deceitful to the public. When you have this sale no one gets 11% off anything, yes, I can send for a rebate for 11% of my purchase to use on a new purchase, approximately 6 weeks later, which might not be 11% of my new purchase.
