I had the "lovely" experience of being attacked by one your workers tonight, over facebook, She felt the need to call me names, attack my friends as well and was just plain disgusting with her comments. I will not be shopping here as long as she works here, i have advised all my friends to do the same. I have lots more pictures of her comments to me and my friends but this is one of the lovely comments that was made to me tonight.
I rate them a 0 because I purchased a generator less than a month ago ran 2 tanks gas through it and fill 3 time and won't start when I called store talk to a lady by name of cassie she told me I had to take it to birch run to a mechanic I said that was not acceptable could I please talk to your manager she said and I quote he will tell you same damn thing . .... then clicked me on hold then a joe that said he was a manager told me that he can't take it back because it had gas in it so now I have a 500 dollar generator that ... read more

great place for every thing you need. they have everything except Grandma.
After a $1500 remodel, I get 1, 4 dollar rebate. After 10 days of emails I'm told oh another department handles that and ends it. After a phone call to Menards I'm told email is the only way of doing things and it's out of their hands. So much for their rebates. We will shop elsewhere for our future products!
