Due to harassment of my daughter and her family, I will never support this store again.

When you have customers coming in that have medical exemptions for not wearing masks and you train your employees to say “they don’t care, we aren’t selling you this unless you wear a mask! Your pathetic! It’s illegal in the first place according to ADA regulations, it’s against the mandate for MN which clearly states exemptions for medical reasons. You are closing your own doors! I hope you get sued to the point of closing your doors.

I was confronted at menards Baxter by 2 employees demanding I wear a mask or leave. I was disappointed but was ok with leaving. What pissed me off was my wife who was wearing a mask was told because she was with me she was not allowed to purchase the items she had picked up. I agreed to leave menards and never again will me or my family shop at menards. Menards is great at discriminating! At least homedepot cares about all of their customers!!!!!

Menards has completely lost my business and my respect.... went to the Menards in Baxter, MN today to grab items with our autistic adult foster son, Jimmie and I wore our masks but our foster son won’t wear anything on his face or head for obvious reasons. Needless to say they refused to let him in. When we explained the situation they told us he could were a face shield, I laughed and stated you obviously don’t have any experience with autistic children or adults. He stated that he could purchase online and pick up. Our ind... read more

the employees were polite and kind. corporate needs to pull their heads out from under a rock. punishing employees for waiting on clients who cant wear masks is pathetic. violating federal law =priceless

I was told I couldn’t enter the store without a mask. I have bad allergies and asthma I am not required to wear a mask and legally you can’t refuse me service because of the mask. Look into ADA law because y’all are uneducated

Very discriminatory against single parents, most of whom are female. I've switched to Home Depot. They are much more welcoming and are happy to have our business.

Just had the worst experience at Menards. I have always been a faithful Menards fan but wow... no more. I tried to return something that was unopened with original receipt. It was 2 days past the 90day. However they wouldn't allow me through the door with my kids for months and had shorter hours which made it near impossible as a single mom to get there. So I finally made it and they wont give my money back. In store credit only. Imo thats BS. They didnt even try to help me or find a way to make something work. Just no. And ... read more
