When I come to Menards, I need lumber, tools, hardware, etc. What I don't need is a cashier saying "I suppose you're a Trumper too?", then go on to wish the worst for the president with his recent Covid diagnosis. I will be shopping at Lowe's right across the street from now on. I don't need to deal with political garbage when I stop in to get a paintbrush.
You shouldn't treat The First Lady like crap! I'm a regular customer at Menards. I will avoid Menards until you apologize to First Lady Scarlette Fleury for treating her bad.
Several times in the last few days we’ve been to menards. A manager helped us out barely had a mask on, some employees barely had a mask on. Even other customers. Today we were singled out. I had a mask on not covering my mouth I have asthma and I can’t breathe, plus I had an allergic reaction to a bee sting that I got while at menards yesterday. they continually break the law by requiring people with underlying health issues to wear masks, it's NOT A LAW!!!
I did really like menards until the mask mandate...... they are so terribly rude! It’s like a nazi camp! I no longer give my business to them, due to the awful lack of respect for the customer....makes me feel like I’m in daycare when I go in. No more!!! Take your business elsewhere, go across the street to Lowe’s! Lowe’s is awesome!!!!! They treat their customers with respect!
we had ordered windows and never even got a call that it arrived. We called and found out theyd been there quite awhile. We picked them up today . July 24th and they were not in a box. not packaged. not covered. . Wide open to teansport home in a trailor. ,We are very upset about this. We will.never do orders like this again.
After being caught twice price gouging during Covid-19. Then causing the Governor to restrict paint and flooring sales because they were packing their stores now they all the sudden care? Took my 16 year old out to pick paint for his new room and they wouldn't let him in because he didn't have his ID. I will never spend another dollar in here.
they were a great place until this mask thing. now it is the rudest place I have ever been. I think as of today and how I seen your staff treat customers, done shopping there and it was my favorite place. Well I guess Lowe's gets all my business
Menards introduced a policy that customers must play medical dress-up and wear a mask to shop in their store. I have been shopping there for 20 years, and have spent over $40K in the last year with them remodeling 3 houses. After having been turned away at the door today because I would not wear a face mask, I have reconsidered where I am spending my money. I will be buying my supplies, tools and materials from other stores and they are no longer on my personal loyalty list.
