Came to Miami on a Redeye and my neck locked up. I could barely move it. I made a 90 minute appointment and Steven worked on my back, neck , and the rest of my body. Once I was done I could move my neck again. I would highly recommend his services.

Can’t recommend Menard Therapy enough! As a lifelong athlete and weight lifter, I’ve had numerous injuries and eventually they caught up to me. Working with Steven I’ve made more progress than with years of specialists, physical therapy, and other massage therapists. For the first time in a long time, I’m confident and hopeful that I’ll correct the issues I’m experiencing and be able to reach my pre-injury performance. Went in w an intense pain on my neck and shoulder that was causing me a headache, Steve really listened and took his time to really address my pain. With just that one session the pain and range of motion improved. Going for a few more session but will highly recommend him. He uses several tools to target your specific needs. He knows his stuff!
