The best selection of bridal gowns in the Kalamazoo area! Lauren was so great to work with and will bend over backwards while helping you! I tried on close to a dozen bridal gowns and selected 5 different bridesmaids dresses in different shades of blush. She was so patient in getting everything perfect!

We have received excellent customer service and beautiful dresses from Memories, both for prom and now for my daughter's upcoming wedding! The quality and selection of the dresses, as well as their high level of service, sets them apart from everywhere else. The second I walked into Memories they made me feel so special. The woman that was helping me was so patient and didn't put any pressure on me to choose my dress right away. Every time I came back to the shop I had a great experience. They are very accommodating, friendly, and kind. Thank you so much for everything! Memories was the second place that I went when I began looking for my wedding dress. Fairly quickly into the appointment I knew I would not have to go anywhere else! The dress selection is amazing. First lady we meet in the store was rude. Im assuming she was the manager. We went there prom dress shopping. My daughter liked a dress on the mannequin the rude lady starts unpinning it from the mannequin and while doing this asks my daughter her size, she tells her and then she stars re-pinning it with a look of irritation. I was so mad at this point i wanted to leave. My daughter tried on a few other dresses and she had a very nice girl helping her with that but i will never return to that store.
Morgan did a phenomenal job helping me with my dress. Never did I feel pressured or rushed while choosing my dress. We had a family situation where I had to move my wedding up about a year and I hadn't bought my dress with two months before my wedding. Morgan heard our needs, helped me try on multiple floor models until I found one I liked. With her help I ordered the floor model, Memories kept it for a week or so to repair anything that needed repairs so it was like a brand new dress, not a sample.
