Memories is by far the best place to go for a wedding dress in Kalamazoo. They treat you like the beauty you are and make sure you leave with a dress that is beyond your dreams. I am so thankful that Memories helped me find a dress that is me. Plus, I am a plus size bride and they were more than accommodating. I will forever refer Memories to all brides I know.
I just found my wedding dress today at Memories and was blown away by the great service. Kaila was amazing and such a joy to work with. She made me feel extremely comfortable and made my wedding dress experience exceptional! I would highly recommend shopping at Memories and ask for Kaila to assist you!
What an amazing experience at the Prom Shop at Rivertown. These ladies are beyond wonderful and helpful. You can tell they really love what they do. Thank you all for a great experience for my daughter and I and also for the gorgeous dress. She is so excited to wear it for prom.
After our appointment at David's Bridal last weekend, I had essentially given up hope for finding a dress, then we walked through the doors to Memories. We worked with Emma, and I was so happy with how the appointment went. I actually felt like a bride, and found my dress that day. My mom was unable to be there Saturday, and when I called to see if we could stop in so she could see the dress, they were more than accommodating. I will be recommending Memories to everyone, and I'm so glad we went. Thank you, ladies!

Memories in downtown Kalamazoo is always great I have purchased two dresses from there. The prom shop in the portage mall was horrible. The worker there was very rude to my friend and I and told us we wouldn't fit a dress (rudely) when asked to take it off the mannequin. The selection was limited and a lot of the dresses were falling apart.
Awesome experience! The girl that helped me was so patient and nice. Love it there and all the girls friendliness. I tried on about 10 dresses and all of them were just gorgeous! Happy to say that i walked out with the dress i loved.
