My experience yesterday at Memories was amazing. The staff were with me right away and wanted to know exactly what I was imagining. The main person helping me and the new person in training were so friendly. They were accommodating as my family face timed over the phone in between dresses. I found my dream dress and I couldn't be more excited! Thanks Memories!

I absolutely loved working with memories, the owner was so nice in helping and I believe my consultant was Dani, she turned what started out to be a bad day into the best day! I found my dress and couldn't be happier. They were all so nice and I absolutely LOVE my dress!

I purchased my wedding dress from here with the help of Emma, she is FANTASTIC. She made the whole experience fun and easy. After going to two other stores Memories blew me out of the water. I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for a dress. I have my bridesmaid dresses this Saturday and called today to see if I could put my dress back on for the girls who weren't there originally to see. They were more than accommodating and happy to help! I can't wait to have my girls experience a fun day like I did!

The staff was OUTSTANDING!!!!! They made every aspect of a first time Tux rental a wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went PERFECT! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my son's SENIOR PROM! I have two more son's coming up in High School and can't wait to be able to go back to Memories Bridal for all their Formal Needs. Memories Bridal Totally Rocks!

Memories in downtown Kalamazoo was a great place to shop for my daughter's prom dress. We received outstanding customer service from the moment we stepped through the door. So many gorgeous dresses to choose from and the team of consultants helped through the entire process to ensure she found the perfect dress. We will definitely be back next year for senior prom. Highly recommend this boutique for a wonderful shopping experience!
