I recently shopped at Memories while looking for both my bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses. It was the 1st place I tried bridal gowns on at; my mom, sister and nieces joined me. Kelsey worked with me and she was so sweet, knowledgeable and positive. She understood that I wanted to look around a bit and was not pushy at all. I had no clue what I wanted or what to expect when I walked in today. Erin was more than patient and attentive working with me. It ended up being a dress she picked for me that I said yes to! I am so glad we gave memories a chance to be the first place we tried :)

Hi Megan! I am so, so sorry we weren't able to give you the level of service we normally pride ourselves on. Weekends get very hectic for us this time of year, and we do our best to try to accommodate everyone (prom, bridal, and bridesmaids) as much as possible. I am a pretty indecisive bride, and Erin patiently walked me through the whole dress shopping experience. I could not have asked for a better fit for a bridal consultant. I feel so great about my dress decision! Thank you Memories and Erin for making my dress dream come true!
I had an amazing time with Kimberly! She was knowledgeable and had some great selections for my big day. The whole staff was very friendly and the bridal floor is comfortable with any style you could imagine.
