Recommendedmy twins have bought dresses from memories for the last 3 years for each of their dances. The customer service cannot be beat the staff is excellent and the fact that they keep a registry so no 2 girls are wearing the same dress
I had the most wonderful experience on Saturday, working with Kimberly. She was so kind, helpful, and encouraging. She helped me picked the perfect dress for the big day. The store was clean and welcoming. So many different options to choose from. I said yes to the dress at Memories. Kimberly was A DREAM to work with. I loved how it was one bride per consultant. I truly felt Kimberly cared about my wedding and finding the perfect dress for me. She pulled a dozen dresses of different styles and helped me identify what style I really liked. She helped me in and out of every gown and clipped them so I could picture my size in the gown. I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with Memories bridal. I had my first dress appointment here back in June, and Erin did a wonderful job explaining how it all worked, she made my guest and I feel so comfortable and welcomed, and after contemplating for a couple hours over several dresses, I left without a dress. I was lucky enough to find Memories Bridal & Evening Wear as a suggestion of boutiques to visit while I searched for bridal boutiques near Grand Rapids. I flew all the way from Ecuador searching for the perfect dress and this was the very first place I visited, I did not have to go anywhere else as I was also very lucky to find my dreamed wedding dress!
