My recent trip to Memories was so much more than i could have asked for! As soon as we walked in the door the staff was very nice, they greeted me and everyone in my party (which i had 8, ahhh!), it felt very comfortable right away! After i was introduced to my consultant, Brandi, she led us upstairs where the fun really began. Had Marlyce as my consultant on January 16th when I went in to try on wedding gowns. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did she understand me and my taste in gowns perfectly, but she wasn't afraid to have me try on a gown I thought I'd hate but ended up falling in love with. We'll definitely be back to order bridesmaid dresses!

There was nothing these lovely ladies wouldn't do when I went in looking for mt pageant dress. I ended up finding my dress and got crowned Miss Congeniality South Haven 2015 in it as well :) Can't wait to go back in the next week or so to find my next dress!
Wonderful place and staff to work with! Although my wedding dress came from a different boutique they helped with bridesmaids and groomsmen.

I just want to give a big shout out to you guys! I am a Kalamazoo bride with parents who split their time between Gull Lake and Chicago, so I ended up finding both a wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses in the city but I have local bridesmaids who were treated beyond great at Memories when getting their measurements done. You guys went above and beyond, I highly recommend Memories as a bridal salon! Fabulous staff and care of clients! Because of your teams effort we will be in for our menswear! Thank you thank you!
I had a great experience! When I first came in I had my heart set on an all lace gown. After trying on a few I started to realize it just wasn't working. I finally tried on a dress that was a little out of my comfort zone, but fell in love with it! Thank you for helping me find the dress of my dreams!
