The lady that measured my groomsmen did a horrible job. An employee acknowledged that the lady doing the measurements was not trained properly and they still refused to make the situation right. THANKS FOR SCREWING UP MY WEDDING!!!!!

I came to memories after visiting 2-3 other bridal shops in town including David's bridal, but couldn't find anything. I immediately felt welcome even with my two children in tow. My consultant was Caitlin and she was wonderful! I bought my dress during a sample sale and it was still a great buy! I felt like I was on I found the gown. I'd at least stop in if I were to buy another dress.

I was very upset and unhappy when I went in to pick up my maid of honor dress a few days ago. The coloring is all wrong and they refuse to fix the problem, which also means my other bridesmaid dress ,which is exactly the same, is wrong as well. If it was for a dance or prom, I would have let it go. But its for my wedding. Totally unacceptable.
