I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Memories. When I had second thoughts about my dress, the staff worked with me and did what they could to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Even when I was in doubt, they made me feel at ease. Lindsey my consultant was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and made my dress shopping enjoyable.

I had great service! I felt like I was their most important customer. Being Miss South Haven, I walked in and they knew my name and what colors would match my fair complexion. They automatically picked up on my eclectic style and suggested dresses that were right up my alley and fit my body type and skin tone. Amazing shop!!! I suggest it to anyone!
I would like to give a huge thank you to all at Memories Bridal for being a great team to my husband and I. I was deeply satisfied with everyone who made my special day just that and more.
I was already feeling frustrated in my wedding gown quest after having only visited a few bridal shops and finding nothing which really caught my fancy or was in my price range--if only had gone to Memories first! I love the wide selection to fit almost any budget and the helpful but non-pushy service. I have four younger sisters and seven female cousins--I am taking all if them here first!

From my amazing dress...to my daughter's bridesmaid dress..the guys tuxedos and the gorgeous shoes and earrings...I absolutely cannot wait for my vow renewal ceremony next month :) a huge THANK YOU to Lindsay Gile for always making me feel comfortable and beautiful even if I was not so positive about myself a few times...can't wait to post pics of me as a memories bride in just a few short weeks!!! Love...love ...love this place and highly recommend it to and newly engaged ladies!!!
I had a great experience at Memories! Linsey was knowledgable and very helpful. She helped me find dresses that looked amazing and were still within my budget. They make it a very personal experience and I never felt like I was just a number or a sale. It was a much better experience than the other bridal store I went to. Everyone has been friendly every time I've stopped in. Thanks to Memories I have the dress of my dreams!
I was skeptical going to Memories being that it was a small boutique, I assumed it was going to be expensive. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly face. I showed Katelyn a couple pics of other dresses I tried. I picked out a few and after a couple tries Katelyn picked out a few more dresses that were based on my opinions of the ones I tried.
