We were taken care of with dignity and respect. Though very busy and long wait times, once you are seen they got things done pretty quickly. If we had to do it again we would.

Went to San Joaquin first packed, went to urgent care fast service same Doctor I had few months back in and out in an hour or there about...
I came on Sunday at 11am. No one in the waiting area. I was seen immediately, I was listened to, and cared for in an hour.
Always professional. Never an unreasonable wait.
There are the same horrible receptionist women at the front every time I come. They are rude. They never smile. Working in the medical field myself, I find this to be completely unnerving. Wouldn't you want your patients to feel better with the long wait if the least you could do is smile and tell them to have a good day? I would never urge anyone to come here. The only reason I did, was for short comings of my own and not being able to find a better source of transport to a better establishment. Find new help!
I've been to this urgent care twice, the first time I got in right away and was treated very respectfully. The second time however, I was there for a suspected UTI, I was told it was a 2 hr wait (which I was ok with) but when I asked if I could give them a urine sample (because I had come expecting Id have to) I was given a cup in a brown paper bag and told to hold on to it til I was seen. I asked hold on to it? For 2 hrs? And I was told yes, well as a nurse I know that sample would be contaminated in 2 hrs, so I went to ano... read more
