Last Friday, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. When I scheduled the appointment, the person who assisted me on the phone, thinking they had hung up, talked about me with someone else, questioning my answers. In reality, I answered correctly, but their records were outdated. Then, the doctor, although very smiley, did not listen to me in depth and only recommended over-the-counter medications. Great care!
ALL and I mean All the people that work there are plain a simple wonderful, very attentive, friendly and most of all they care about you! They go the extra mile to accommodate you and help with your schedule, referrals, appointments etc. It is a pleasure to go there. I went for a year to a private doctor's office and I hated it. A friend of mine recommended this place and I am truly amazed by the quality of the service they provide. It shows that the love what they do and that they truly care for the patients.
I wanted to express my experience at Memorial Primary care my experiences. Has always been over all excellent the doctors are very compassionate about your needs your health and even helping you with extra things… The woman in the front Ms, Dawn I’ll always extremely incredibly nice.
