This doctor does the bare minimum. He didn’t answer any of my questions and showed zero empathy. He sent me home with a low-grade fever, high white blood counts, and abdominal pain. I had to ask him if I should return if it doesn’t go away or if it worsen as he was not offering any medical advice. He didn’t care to give me any explanation nor send me to a specialist. I am completely in the dark. I called my PCP who sent me to the ER and he is appalled by this man’s lack of proactiveness. I do not recommend this doctor.

There are Manny doctors out there,,,, And than there is Dr Juan Pastor Manny superlative words can be used to describe him Ill use the word that in my opinion describes him best He is THE BEST OF THE BEST !!!!

We can call then “angels” . a big shout to Dr Smolar and the trauma team. Very thankful to the entire personal that works in the trauma center. you guys are unique. We were treated as family . Thank you so much !

Continue to have issues with this doctors office to the point that I have to report this office for withholding my sons medical information. His father said that I’m not allowed to have access to his medical records even though I have court orders stating otherwise. Staff having relationship with the their clients kids continues to be an issue.

I saw this doctor in the past and after waiting 4 weeks after making an appointment in March, I received a call from the office that the doctor is out of the office this week now and I can not schedule an appointment to see him for another 4 weeks until mid-April. I asked to speak with the office manager and was told she would call me back. I still have not heard from the office manager for over 4 days. On March 15, 2022 I went to Citrus Memorial Hospital ( now HCA) in Inverness, Fla for a total right hip replacement. My surgeon was Dr. Eric Hirsch, Citrus Orthopedics in Crystal River, FL. When in the recovery room it was obvious to the PT nurse and myself that I had no feeling or control of my right leg, I could not walk or lift it at all. 04/05/2022 Dr. Plate, I hope you read this review because you may very well be a great surgeon, but you either lack communication skills or you simply see your patients as a number or another statistic.
