Memorial Eye Institute was great at my Cataract surgery! I was done in about 2.5 hours!
Just had my follow-up on September 30th and everything went well with the doctors and service staff as usual. They were very friendly and knowledgeable as doing my pre exam work. Dr. Levin was excellent and Tabitha as well as my technician on taking notes thru out the exam. I really like going to Memorial Eye Institute for my check ups and any glasses that I may need in the future. Dr. Farrell retired and I had to find a new eye doctor. I normally like going to memorial eye but when I went in September, I was told I needed eye injections and I shut down after I heard that. I didn't understand at all what the doctor was telling me what was wrong and why I needed them. I eventually called and asked the lady if someone could call me and explain because I didn't understand. it's almost two weeks later and no one has called me. I've been very upset about it. they could have at least called me but here I am still waiting.
It is a pleasure to go to the Dr office when you know they will going to treat you like family. I feel like home . Great team, Great Doctors. THANK YOU for all you do for us.
