Horrible. Supposed to pick my husband up at 6. It’s now 10:23 and nothing. I tried to cancel and tegu said no. He’s next. So frustrated. My husband is so sick. Doesn’t need this treatment. Horrible hospital

Mom came to the er for multiple seizures and severe chest pain that was possibly a stoke or heart attack and one of the medics, unfortunately I did not get his name, told the nurses, “oh don’t worry about her, there’s nothing wrong, just another one here for attention” meanwhile when they showed up my mother was having an active seizure. They really need to learn when to keep their comments to themselves and maybe some “bedside” manners.

My 91 year old grandmother was transported from memorial hospital to a different facility on Friday, May 17, 2024 The ambulance driver,, Paul, was friendly. However, the other EMS employee was not!Melba was rude and rough with my grandmother. My grandmother stated that she was mistreated, handled roughly, and was not allowed to move her broken ankle to a more comfortable position according to Melba. Memorial EmS over steps their jobs. They have zero right to judge why someone choose to go to ER or a doctor sent them. Maybe they don't care about people of color getting appropriate care but these guys need training to keep their mouths shut and just transport and do their medical work.

Always on rime friendly and curtieous employees
