It would be nice if Duke or some other reputable hospital took this place over. SECOND time in a row I was scheduled to have a procedure and never got a call as to what time to be there. Here it is 6 pm.the night before and still no call as to what time I need to be there in the morning. I have to have a driver to drive me home and I have no idea what to tell my daughter who has to drive a hour and a half to get here, what time to be here or at the hospital. Probably wont go back to this place.
Thank you CMH VCU ER for good care last night with the pain I had going on. They were very thorough and made me comfortable. It is so nice to have a hospital so close when you are that sick and can’t drive far.
I went to the ER on 3/25/2018, on a snowy Sunday morning, because my blood pressure shot up, they were great, took me right in , was only there 2 hrs, I can say they are better than they use to be.
I was in the ER recently with a fractured elbow after a fall and was treated with the utmost professional care and consideration by the staff. Facility is clean and professional in every aspect. Thank you for my medical care. Follow up with the ortho department was and has been equally proficient.
If I could do no stars I would. Worst hospital ever.
We are now well into hour number 3 in the ER waiting room with an 18 month old who could have possibly broken her ankle, and has not been seen by a provider. Since I have been here, I have witnessed several people leave and go home or elsewhere due to poor service. I saw a young man with kidney stones crying in pain. Several other patients advocated for him to be seen first. When he was called back, nobody even brought him a wheelchair. The man was in so much pain, he almost collapsed trying to walk to the back. I want to say Thank you very much to all the teams in OR, ICU and 10 floor main hospital for the great service that I received during my stay there (4/24 to 5/1 2018) I feel beloved and overprotective in the good way during those days. God bless you all.
