They don’t know what they are doing and is just slow
I have been in here waiting since 3 pm and it’s almost 7pm and they still haven’t call my daughter back , this is the worst they have to do better
The E.R. IS HIGHLY UNDERSTAFFED!!!
Don't be fooled by the name or new building. Emergency room is a joke. Don't use this facility if you are at all concerned about your health. The wait times are awful, staff is rude, and only have testing done here if you don't mind waiting 3 months to go over test results. SMH.
RecommendedThe physician practices have adapted to the new building and my visits there have been top notch! The check in process is quick; Knowledgeable PARs, like Carrie Poythress, make getting registered a breeze. I had a recent visit with the new cardiologist, Dr. Mojadidi, it was educational and thorough! Great addition to the practices! As always, if you have a bum gallbladder or hateful hernia, Dr. Demoya is the BEST! Great place!
ER was great when I took my husband in April. He had a procedure done in Richmond earlier in the day and 8 hours after he got home he was in severe pain.Lot a long wait and nurses and doctor were wonderful . I rate them a 5! Thanks again!
Had a procedure done at hospital today and found out what a awesome blessing entire staff from doctors,nurses and everyone else is.Thank y’all and God blessings on everyone
just had 2 hospital stay in past 2 months at VCU,I am original from N.C and didn't know anything about but I have never had better treatment then here,Drs,nurse and staff was great
