The staff are so sweet and attentive. I've always had great experiences here.
About three weeks ago I cut a finger with a butcher knife. About half way through. Went to ER and saw Dr Adams. Quick response by the whole ER team. I'm proud of our community hospital.
First time using VCU family practice and everyone provided excellent service....reception, nurse, office manager, and especially liked Teresa Parham, FNP. I'm not biased just bc I work at VCU CMH! When it comes to my children all bets are off but they passed with flying colors!!
I am an employee and after working somewhere else, I can say that CMH really has their act together. I expect nothing but greatness!
Took an associate of my small business there on Wednesday after she cut herself at work. Every single person, from the registration clerk, to the nurses and doctor were kind and caring. We walked in at 3:55 and walked out at 5:10. Almost no wait. Having experienced a variety of ER's and different hospital and medical facilities, I rate this one of the best for small towns. GREAT JOB VCU Community Memorial!
I came to the emergency room yesterday around 3 in the afternoon. I waited very patiently to be seen even though my face was swollen and i was in severe pain. I asked for ibuprofen 4 times and was ignored every time. I waited until 9 at night when i could not take the pain any more and i left without ever being seen by a doctor.. I would not recommend anyone to go to this emergency room
I've lived here for a little over a year, and have been hospitalized 3 times since, at CMH, and 2 at VCU... I've been on both sides of the hospital bed; as the medical professional, and the patient. My husband is a medical provider there, and we have been very pleased with my care at CMH... CMH staff has something that will always prevail... Compassionate Caring...
Son was hurting and needed to lay down but was refused a bed. There was another woman waiting who was in extreme pain and the staff treated her horribly. Will travel an hour to get to another hospital next time
First time at CMH was on 4/24/15. I had outpatient surgery and couldn't have asked for better service from ALL staff members! Thank you again. Keep up the fine work.
