No customer service rep at desk to tell you the room a patient is in. Had to call the hospital to find out what room your mother is in. That sucks.
I'm being treated like Royalty! Entire staff deserves a very generous raise! Anything & everything that needs to be done they do it!!!!!!!! The Entire Staff are Angels sent from Heaven!!!!!!!!
I went in yesterday for one of the worst flare ups I've ever had with my COPD. The staff was quick to realize I was in respiratory distress and acted immediately. Dr Brown took very good care of me and made sure I was ok. AWESOME job!
Friendly and caring group of people and it is close to home
Dr Adams doesn't care about people only himself. They need to get rid of him and Dr brown. I very seriously thinking about suing them and the hospital. The new hospital is still as bad in the er as the old one. It's a joke.
During my 5 day stay I didn't have any complaints the nurses have been great and as always I love my doctor Dr. Strunk he's the best no one will ever replace him!
