No room for family to wait to with patients in the ER exam rooms. Oh wait, it depends on who you are. Some people can have their family with them and apparently some can’t. No concern for the patient or bedside manner. And everyone seems to hate their job. Not a pleasant healing environment.

RecommendedI had no problems the staff was amazing and had great hospitality. my daughter was taken care of and she was happy with the doctor and nurses. Good job ladies and p.s who is the register lady with the small computer because I wanted to get her number
I was brought in by rescue at 4:30 pm!! Because I was having sharp stomach pains and throwing up!! Im also an heart failure patient!! I was admitted at 7:30 pm and Left in the ER in a room where the ER Staff had me half hooked to the heart monitor!! Which kept making the loud beeping noise because it wasn't hooked up correctly!! There was no call button in the room , The Tv didn't work and The nurses in the ER was to lazy to find a vein!! So they kept drawing blood through my IV til my IV was full of blood!! I was at the ER for 8 hours and only saw the nurse 3 times and the doctor once. They had to re-do my labs, but forgot to tell anyone so that caused even more delays. The staff did not seem to care at all. The doctor was even less empathetic. I'll stick with Baptist hospitals from now on. They're much faster, attentive, and way nicer.
Let me just start by saying I having been going to this hospital for several years never had a bad experience at any time I have been in here about 14 days this go around on the 4 floor central and these nurses and cleaning crew and nutritionist I can’t say anything but good I’m going to say that Carey and heather and Jennifer and etc can’t remember all of there names but this is why I come here instead of any hospital on the Northside
Memorial Hospital and their staff have been showing great compassion and care for all of my patients. They have been intrumental in making patients feel comfortable and at home during their stay at the facility. Highly recommend.
