I am very thankful for the extraordinary, exceptional care my mom received at Memorial Hospital Jacksonville from the ER to 5 West. Every single person she met was kind and compassionate but most importantly, each shared their caring heart with my Mom. ❤️
The Doctors and nurses and other staff members at Memorial Hospital were absolutely amazing, everybody was nice, kind, understanding. They kept me informed every step of the way as to what was going on, what they were doing, what medications they were giving me. Consistently checking on me I could not have asked for better care team. Kicking COVID-19
3 weeks ago I took my spouse to the ER for excessive pain in her lower back after her fall on the floor. MH ER ultimately put her into a bed room. But, no doctor was able to find the cause of the pain. Then in a few days, this hospital discharged her without transfering to other hospital. The discharge summary used the word "Intractable lower back pain". The next day she was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital Southside with JFRD ambulance. The doctors in St. Vincent's found bone fractures in her sacrum and L5 in matter of hours... read more
Do NOT use their "urgent care" service, unless you like to get billed for an emergency room visit. Over $700 for a toothache (2014) when you can go to any other urgent care clinic and pay $75-85 for a visit. Unethical business practices. Had I been made aware of these ridiculous charges, I would have gone across the street next to Starbucks and paid $85 for a visit. If you've been a victim of their poor billing practices, file your complaint at https://www.ahrq.gov.
My mother had an ablation in their cath lab and everyone was so great! the nurses Mike, Teresa, all of those who worked with her, the anesthesiologist, cardiologist Dr. Ibrahim, literally everyone was wonderful!
No I do not! Dad passed away early this morning there. I never plan to go there! I don't recommend it at all unless you are not interested in someone's well being
