I lived here my sophomore year and I loved it , neighbors were always friendly and looking out for one another and very respectful. It's known to have the nicest apartments and charleston .
I've been living here for the last two years, absolutely loved it! The apartments are very nice and spacious! It is also not too far away from campus which was a big plus for me!
I've absolutely loved living the last two years at Melrose! From the spacious bedrooms to private bathrooms to a kitchen island big enough to host study groups, you won't find a better place to live. Besides the amenities, the best part of living here are both Melissa's that work in the office! Both women are so kind and always willing to go above and beyond to help in any way!
I love living at melrose and brooklyn! It's the nicest place to live in Charleston with an affordable price.
