Melo Group’s construction has caused repeated damage and disruption. Two of my cars have been affected by debris (had to sell one due to extensive damage), and our building has suffered roof damage, landscaping loss, driveway issues, and ongoing flooding. Our building looks like a dirt site due to their construction! Their trucks frequently block access, and the constant noise and alarms make it difficult to live normally.
