Melissa was incredibly easy to work with. Always accommodating of schedules and always very quick to respond to inquiries. She knows the market well and seems to have a lot of respect from her peers based on her interaction with other realtors and title agencies. I cannot say enough good about my experience with her on the recent purchase of my home. Highly, highly recommend!
It was great. She knew what I was looking for and made everything very easy. All the way throught she stayed in touch and keep me informed. I was from another stat so looking at house I thought would be a challenge. Melissa made it easy and always had a plan.

Her knowledge about the value of homes provided the right amount of guidance when looking to purchase a home. We listed our house on Thursday. We had showings on Friday and Saturday. We had multiple offers at and above asking on Saturday. We were under contract after only dealing with showing our house over the course of two days. We were overwhelmed in the best way possible and had great input and feedback from a professional when we needed it most. Do you need a realtor? We would recommend this one. Obviously.
We were fortunate enough to work with Melissa to purchase our first home. She was an expert in the process and constantly making sure we were informed and comfortable with every step. Their is so much to take in when purchasing your first home and I can't convey the relief we had knowing nothing would slip through the cracks with Melissa on our side. We cannot recommend her enough!
