Beware with selling rural properties Melissa sold a rural property for my wife and I. Unfortunately we did not realize until after the contract that she had no knowledge of rural properties. She undervalued the property greatly, she did not understand transfersable affixment titles for modular homes and refused to go to bat for us, costing us $3500 in unnecessary repairs. Unfortunately there were a lot of challenges during the process that were out of our control. A lot of new requirements came up with your transaction that were a surprise to all parties involved and put a lot of pressure on you both. For that I apologize. Melissa is the best!! She assisted my family in finding our “perfect” home and also selling our previous home. She is very knowledgable of Toledo and all of the surrounding areas. She was flexible for scheduling showings around our work and family schedule and also very helpful in the closing process when we had delays with the bank. She is kind, patient and overall just wonderful to work with when buying or selling! Highly recommend!!!
Melissa is absolutely fantastic! We moved to the Toledo area in 2017 and have used her services on both the purchase and the sale side of things. There has been a lot of uncertainly recently, given the pandemic, but we trusted Melissa every step of the way and she did not let us down.
