Beware with selling rural properties Melissa sold a rural property for my wife and I. Unfortunately we did not realize until after the contract that she had no knowledge of rural properties. She undervalued the property greatly, she did not understand transfersable affixment titles for modular homes and refused to go to bat for us, costing us $3500 in unnecessary repairs. Melissa is the best!! She assisted my family in finding our “perfect” home and also selling our previous home. She is very knowledgable of Toledo and all of the surrounding areas. She was flexible for scheduling showings around our work and family schedule and also very helpful in the closing process when we had delays with the bank. She is kind, patient and overall just wonderful to work with when buying or selling! Highly recommend!!!
Melissa is absolutely fantastic! We moved to the Toledo area in 2017 and have used her services on both the purchase and the sale side of things. There has been a lot of uncertainly recently, given the pandemic, but we trusted Melissa every step of the way and she did not let us down. She knew exactly what was going on in the market with inventory and buyers and sure enough we ended up getting well above asking price! So grateful for everything Melissa did for our family! I was not from the area, so I was unfamiliar with everything. Melissa responded to me promptly and was very patient with me during the process. There were a few times I was late to our meet-ups, and it was greatly appreciated that she was so understanding. Helped with the negotiation process and suggested the home warranty, which came in handy quite quickly.
