She know her market! She outlined a plan of action and followed through. Very prompt in responding to emails, calls and texts. She patiently answered questions about every aspect. We sold a home from out of state and definitely feel her local knowledge was a plus for us. I highly recommend her.

The team was referred to me by my dear friend who has worked with Melissa for a long time. I normally like to form my own opinions and I figured why not give them a shot and see for myself. Even through a Covid pandemic and a short term renter that refused to move, Melissa Garcia‘s friendly and professional team was awesome to work with. Melissa had excellent ideas and was quick to respond do any of our questions and concerns. I sold my home through Melissa from Colorado. I contacted Melissa right before Covid hit to sell a home I was renting out. Nervous to sell without any presence, she put me at ease immediately.
