Melissa is very professional and works very hard for her clients. We felt so comfortable throughout the entire process and she made everything easy on our end. She is quick to respond, always willing to answer any questions, and overall an extremely trustworthy working professional! This was my first experience selling a home and I was unsure of what to expect and what services the commission would provide to me. Melissa is our go to realtor. We have purchased several houses with her and just recently sold a property with her and plan to list another one soon. She was able to list my home and it closed 30 days later. She is the best! Highly recommend her! :)

Melissa has helped us buy and sell several homes. She is super professional, uses state of the art tech, has a great team now including Jose, takes care of every detail and helps manage throughout the process. She even has a team of contractors to assist, fix or advise on any issues in your home. She is upbeat, honest, balanced and fair. She helps you align on great deals, offering great advice. Melissa was determined to sell our home. We had listed it with another agent for 6 months before listing with Melissa. She went above and beyond for us. She suggested contractors for a few things that needed to be done before closing. We had a quick closing so we needed things done quickly. Everyone she recommended responded quickly. Can't say enough about how supportive she was. She was great.

Ms. Garcia was recommended by our mortgage broker as a most effective agent. This broker has been consistently helpful, but we chose to interview four agents, one traditional, one Re/Max, one online, and one recommended by friends.
