I highly recommend Melissa. She is on top of it! She is incredibly responsive, and her processes and systems are top notch. When we were looking for a home in the far western 'burbs, a close friend referred us to Melissa - she had been the sellers' agent on his home. As it turns out, the home we purchased was listed by Melissa. I had a couple of other properties to sell, so I chose Melissa.
