Melissa Garcia and her team(husband Jose) did an awesome job. I would give her 10 stars if it was an option. This is not the first time we have used her, and recommend her whenever we can. Melissa and Latanya are the best when comes to helping you find the right home for you. They are knowledgeable about the market and the buying process. We were lost and had no idea what entailed with the buying process as we were first time home buyers. They lead us all the way to the closing table. I never had contact them and follow up because they were on top of it and beat me to it. Latanya was great and available when we needed her to be due to our busy schedule. We recently sold our house with Melissa Garcia and had 4 offers in one day. The first day we met her we knew she would do an awesome job. She gave a clear explanation about what to expect throughout the process-all of which happened exactly as she predicted. Walked us through the process of selling our home as a professional and made the process easy. Communicated with us many times as we prepped the home for sale. Also, provided everything we needed and continued to communicate with us through out the sale time too. When it was time to sell and the bids came in she advised us and represented us well.
