This survey was sent to me Tuesday 1/26 overnight, but my appointment is Monday 2/1 (changed from an initially-scheduled 1/11). Regardless, I very much like Dr. Greenfield's approach and skills.
I wouldn’t even give her one star. I am a retired nurse and Dr Greenfield has, without a doubt, the worse personality and bedside manner that zi have ever seen. As she stiod across the room, I told her I came to ask about a skin disorder that has no cure. I needed to talk about it and see if there was something I could take for relief. Dr. Greenfield did a thorough check up and she and her staff were very professional. I am very satisfied and I will definitely recommend Dr. Greenfield.
Kelly was very rude, on the phone, she is the reason I will not go back there for anything.
Excellent bed side manner. She has a very busy office however she does her best to get everyone seen even allowing emergency appointments. Not many (if any) specialty clinics do that.
My doctor visit with Dr.Greenfield left me feeling like she did not care. No people skills at all. No advice,no smile and no next apt with her . thanks but no thanks.
My daughter and I visited this location in February and I honestly felt like we were ROBBED!!!! She came in and sat in the chair and never once "examined" my face; never left the chair until she exited the room! What a joke..we were treated like we were an imposition to the entire office..even to the girl scheduling our next appointment!! Even my complacent daughter said Dr Greenfield and the office personnel were a JOKE!!! I now see whey they have you pay upfront instead of after your exam!
The office is always crowded and the wait times are too long. Dr. Greenfield doesn't seem very knowledgeable about alopecia and had no helpful solutions for my problems.
Nice office. Quick in and out. Very efficient. The doctor explained things well. She always takes care of my problems and does a very thorough skin check. Found a few precancerous lesions on me and took care of them.
