I have been to many medical facilities in my life and I have to say that this facility was THE best! Everyone at Albany Dermatology was super friendly with warm and welcoming smiles! And Dr. Greenfield was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
VERY FAST AND VERYPROFESSIONAL
This was my first time visiting dr Greenfield and i had a great experience. My appointment was easy and fast to schedule. Dr Greenfield was very nice, attentive and knowledgeable.
Dr Greenfield was very nice, straight to the point and efficient! Addresses any problems you have and keeps it moving! Just the way I like a Dr appointment to go.
I had a routine skin check, and a few other issues that were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Doctor answered several questions, was pleasant and professional. Staff were nice and wait time short.
I have never had such a brief skin cancer check in my life. At every other dermatologist I have ever visited, skin checks took about 30 minutes +, pictures were taken, and the doctor always has a magnifier they are using to check out any spots. Dr. Greenfield was in the room with me for less than 5 minutes. I looked at the time because I was shocked at how quickly my exam was done. I unfortunately don't feel confident in her assessment and will seek treatment in the future elsewhere.
She's thorough yet efficient and answers all questions.
I came in for a skin cancer screening. Everything went went smoothly.
