The 1-star rating is misleading. I would recommend Dr. Greenfield, but can't because family and friends are far afield. In all other aspects of her practice, I would give stars. She has provided excellent care to me and my wife for the past several years. The clerical staff, however, could stand acquiring some basic people management skills.
Both Dr. Greenfield and the staff are very professional. They work very well as a team.
