These people are scamming low lives., false advertising and persistent and then go behind your back to steal your hard working money. . Please be careful. Don’t let them think that they got you because they dont tell you the whole truth. Personally I know many victims who have had problems with these people.
Terrible customer service and a complete ripoff scheme! Tells customers it’s ok to not pay during the pandemic and then the morning the stimulus checks hit they repo dozens of vehicles to make an extra $350 “repo fee” per vehicle. Completely classless and I am reporting them to the BBB and so should anyone else that got taken advantage of by them!

There’s a salesman in named Jennie very unprofessional. Walked in there 1st time saw a car on their website so i decided to go ask, and they treated me like crap by who i walked in with. Not sure if they do deals with just anyone but i wouldn’t recommend any to this place.

RecommendedI’ve purchased several cars from them and if they get a Range Rover I’m going to get that as well.as I read some comments I come in disbelief. Melillo’s is a business. If you don’t pay you don’t drive. Simple as that. They don’t come after the vehicle unless they have been unsuccessful with calling and no response from letters when looking for payment just as well as Ford, Chrysler and anyone else so people need to be truthful and stop slandering businesses just because you couldn’t resolve your issue.
