Very polite and helpful. Very accommodating when I had to reschedule.
I went to Meineke for the NC safety and emissions test. The technician was very professional and friendly. I will go back there!
Everyone there is nice to the customer and keeps the place clean. Meineke has some high prices at times; but, that isn't the fault of the employees. Plus, they take photos of things on the car that need work. I give a four star because I should be allowed to schedule more than just drop-offs online. Not everyone can just leave their car indefinitely.
