Megan and her team were nothing short of amazing during our whole process which went by very quickly! There were so many times when looking at a house that I thought to myself "I wouldn't have thought of that or known that" if Megan hadn't just offered up the information. In the end Megan found us what I hope to be our "Forever" home and within our budget!!

Megan is just the BEST we love her!! She has put up with us looking; thinking; asking questions for several years as we tried to find our perfect home in Des Moines. Since we live in a different time zone her communication skills were put to the test. But she understood what we were looking for and was so helpful when we finally found our HOME! Her associate Nicole is cut from the same cloth - you couldn't ask for better people to work with when looking at property in the Des Moines area.

Megan was awesome. She negotiated the heck out of our purchase and got us an amazing price, I mean AMAZING. I told her I thought the home was overpriced, she agreed, talked to the seller and got us the home at tens of thousands below asking price with some special buying perks negotiated in. Also, several very unusual things happened during the purchase process that we had no control over (neither did she) and Megan came through like a superhero. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!
